Account Executive / Internal Sales
We are currently recruiting for a number of Account Executives / Internal Sales candidates on behalf of our client who are a leading Telecommunications company based in Crewe! This is a great opportunity for someone who is at the start of their sales career and wanting to develop long term within a business.
Role of the Account Executive / Internal Sales:
- Making outbound calls too speak with exisiting customers
- Maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service for metallisation process
- Ability to dial outbound UK business clients and effectively question a prospect to establish a need and provide the best solution
- Exceptional organisation skills are essential
- Having a consultative approach by becoming an expert in the industry and advising, guiding and consulting clients
- Developing a progressive relationship with clients, from implementation through to maintenance of their contract
- Excellent rapport, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Achieving monthly Revenue and KPI targets
Skills required for the Account Executive / Internal Sales:
- Experience in selling techniques and negotiation skills
- Experience of processing orders via an in-house management system
- Works well under pressure
- Approachable attitude
- Team Player
- Self-motivated
- Happy to generate new business calls
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Well organised
- A GO Getter

Required Experience for the Account Executive / Internal Sales:
- Sales: 1 year (Internal sales / Telesales / Lead Generation / Account Executive )
- Customer Service: 2 years
