An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading company based at their Head Office in Winsford. Our client who is well known within the motor trade, has been established for over 30 years. They are growing new sites all over the North West and this role will be to support seven sites from their Head Office location.
Working within a team of 5 this position has arisen due to continued company growth.
Duties to include;
Working within the busy invoicing department
Invoicing claims once authorised
Dealing with any invoice queries as they arise
Maintaining the inhouse database ensuring full compliance at all times
Liaising with site managers, estimators and Insurance companies on a daily basis
Maintaining confidential files
Liaising with sites and insurers via phone, email and fax
This role would ideally suit an outgoing candidate who is accustomed to working within a busy and demanding finance department. An effective communicator with strong attention to detail would be highly advantageous.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
