Administration Assistant


Our client currently has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team. You will be carrying out admin tasks for a multinational company and will be working within a busy but friendly and supportive environment. The job role will be varied and will involve a wide range of administrative duties that include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with our clients both over the phone and via email/Answering and directing calls
  • Collating audit information
  • Dealing with a high quantity of Data Entry
  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment 
  • Managing HR files
  • Ensuring database is up to date and accurate
  • Assisting payroll
  • Preparing completed files for archiving, including data entry
  • Opening and distributing post to the correct departments
  • Generating and processing invoices

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • DBS
  • A strong background in administration
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good telephone manner
  • A strong team player
  • Honest and punctual
  • Strong verbal skills and a good communicator
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages, specifically excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills

Full time 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
