An administrator is required to join a successful and rapidly expanding Company based in Stoke!

Your role as Administrator will involve working closely with the sales team, carrying out all administration support, handling incoming calls, responding to email queries and up-dating the CRM system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant
  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Liaison with customers and clients
  • Scanning, filing and general office duties
  • Customer service follow up calls
  • Dealing with Incoming E-mails
  • Ordering Supplies


  • Previous admin experience preferred although not essential
  • Self motivated and hard working
  • Able to manage their own workload and take on general office duties as directed by the directors
  • Able to motivate others as required
  • An effective communicator and very good telephone manner
  • Able to type quickly and excellent communication skills
