Our client is looking for highly successful Claims Advisors to join their expanding customer service team! The department has gone through a massive amount of change in the last 12months and has gone from strength to strength. A new call centre manager joined the department 4 months ago who started as an advisor in a call centre and worked her way up. There are great over all incentives and it is a great opportunity to gain a long-term career path.
The day today duties for the Internal Sales / Telesales / Call Advisor will include:
Hours of work:
40hour working week across 2 weeks, week 1 = 38hour week, week 2 = 42hour week. Expected to work every other weekend. Mon until Sat 9am – 7pm, Sunday 9am – 1pm.
4-5 weeks of training, 2 weeks pure classroom-based training that requires a lot of concentration as they will be working with complex systems. The rest of the training will be coaching with a mixture of taking calls and classroom training. Advisors will not go to the floor until end of week 3 or 4 depending on how the group gets on it is a great opportunity for long term progression.
- Working as part of a team in obtaining new business
- Displaying a positive and professional attitude
- Managing an existing portfolio to ensure ccontinued growth
- Managing customer attrition levels
- Dealing with customer problems and helping customers
