Our leading client based in Crewe, Cheshire are seeking Customer Service Administrators to work within their E-Bay team.

Temp to perm position – 40hrs per week   –  Working 5 days over 7

9.30-6.00 (Mon-Fri)

Every other weekend with a day off in the week – would be a Sat or Sun (Hours: Sat 9.00-5.00, Sun 10.00-5.00)

What we are looking for :

  • Customer Service Background
  • Good PC skills, Microsoft proficient
  • Experience in contacting customers via email, and phone
  • Good team player, but can work alone and use own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to show empathy
  • Good Time management skills
  • Confident in making decisions, based on company guidelines
  • Experienced with EBAY selling and buying highly advantageous
  • Communicating with customers via email
  • Dealing with queries regarding anything customer related e.g.
  • Delivery, problems with order, refunds and replacement, invoice requests, payment checking, faulty products
