Customer Service Administrator


Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join the Team in a busy, varied role processing all Customer orders in accordance with KPI requirements. The role requires the following: 

  • Ensure the accurate pricing of estimates and liaise with the Inspection Teams to ensure consistency for the Customer  
  • Monitor quotes 
  • Liaise with partners to establish best routes of repair 
  • Process Customer requirements and ensure system is updated at all stages with accurate information  
  • Maintenance of accurate customer reports 
  • Precise data entry 
  • Monitor outstanding queries and take relevant action 
  • Administrative support for operations as required 
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required  



  • Ability to communicate with customers, via telephone and email in a professional and proficient manner 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail 
  • A positive and amenable character in challenging situations 
  • An excellent team player but also able to use initiative and work alone 
  • Have a flexible approach to the changing demands of the role 
  • Resourceful and a good decision maker 
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook  
  • Knowledge of Navision would be beneficial 


Temp to Perm! Hours: Working Monday – Friday 09.00-17.30
