KPI are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their client in Crewe, Cheshire on a temporary-on going basis for an immediate start.
Hours are Monday – Friday 9-5pm.
Your duty will be to provide exceptional standards of customer service to all customers/contacts in a professional manner. You will answer all queries via telephone, email, fax or post efficently and professionally.
Main Duties – Customer service and order processing
– Process orders on behalf of the customer for payment either by card or cheque
– Process replacement orders and refunds where required
– Resolve pending order issues
– Escalate promlematic issues to the next line of management
– Progress courier deliveries
– Respond to direct customer feedback appropriately
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Previous customer service or administration experience is desirable
Knowledge of the logistics industry is also desirable
Organised and strong attention to detail
