Customer Support Executive


Working on behalf of our leading client based in Crewe, we are actively recruiting for Customer Support Executives who are wanting to start work on a temporary to permanent basis. These positions will be starting in August 2020, so availability is also key to suit these roles.

Customer Support Executives play a vital part in the customer journey. You will be the main point of contact for our clients Customers, Premier fleet and Drivers in order to provide the best customer service possible. You will also build good working relationships with other members of the customer support team and people at all levels in the wider business.


Customer Support Executives provide essential customer service by delivering a quality experience to everybody that they come into contact with whilst making sure that the customer is at the heart of everything that they do. You will play your part by;

  • Booking customers deliveries in line with requirements to ensure that the journey from start to finish is a positive one
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls from Customers regarding a range of different queries and enquiries
  • Making sure all information is recorded efficiently and accurately
  • Offering solutions to any issues that may arise, to make sure that all customers are always happy with the service
  • All Customer Support Executives will have the chance to be multi-skilled in other areas of the business to gain a broader knowledge of the company


As part of the Contact Centre team, working as Customer Support Executives, you will be delivering the following;

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Preventing delivery failures by obtaining the correct information when booking customer orders

  • Ability to adapt to an ever growing and expanding company
  • Quality phone calls over Quantity – Customer Experience is key!


We are looking for customer support executives who really care about the service that they deliver to all customers. You need to be driven to achieve your KPI’s while still remaining customer focused, remembering that you will always strive to make customers happy. You need to be smart enough to gather and record accurate information and then use this to find solutions to any customer queries and be bold enough to resolve issues independently. You will need to have a clear understanding of customer service and have a proven customer service background. Our ideal candidate must also have;

  • Strong communications skills including a natural Telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience of communicating with a number of different people at all levels
  • Experience of problem solving and resolving issues in a positive way
  • Experience within a contact centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential
  • PC literate- Word, Excel and Outlook

 Hours: Working 5 over 7 days with some flexibility of hours, our client operates between 8am – 8pm (8 hour shifts) 8-4/9-5/10-6/11-7/12-8
