Customer Support Executive – Stafford

Hours of work: 7:30am – 4:30pm (3.00pm Friday) – No Weekends

Due to continuous company success our leading client based in Stafford are looking to increase their Customer Support team. They are looking for team members who can go the extra mile and have customer satisfaction at the heart of all they do. Objective: Dealing with customers daily via phone and email to ensure that they receive the highest levels of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and filter orders placed by our customers

  • Take ownership and responsibility for looking after all jobs processed

  • Confirm, update and communicate with customers throughout the order up to and beyond delivery

  • React to problems professionally and proactively, always being customer-centric without losing sight of what is commercially viable for the company

  • Taking and marking in customer payments

  • Organising collections/creating labels if necessary from suppliers to fulfil orders

  • Updating the company’s CRM system daily

    Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in developing relationships

  • Be responsible and take ownership of workload

  • Being able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of internal CRM systems

  • Experience of handling complaints

  • Experience of answering and making phone calls coupled with great communication skills
