Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Manager who can work alongside multiple clients, ensuring that their objectives are fulfilled and expectations are always met.


Digital Project/Account Manager

  • Provide end-to-end project management of all digital projects

  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget

  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

  • Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues

  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

  • Communicates client needs and demands to business internally

  • Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales keeping superiors updated on both progress and timeline. Hit monthly targets where possible.

  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

  • Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines

Skills Required

  • Proven experience managing WordPress/web design and build projects

  • Ability to communicate client needs with internal and external design and development teams

  • Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time

    Experience of identifying business opportunities, building client relationships and seeking new business

  • Account management experience and client-focused solutions experience

  • Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities

  • Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to delivery
