Internal Sales Executive / VOIP Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive/ VOPI Specialist on behalf of our client who are a leading Telecommunications company based in Crewe. As an Internal Sales Executive you will be dealing directly with and selling to both new and existing customers.

Role of Internal Sales Executive / VOIP Specialist:

  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing to colleagues and customers
  • Generating quotations, making follow-up calls and emails
  • Manage incoming sales calls, receive and process incoming sales orders
  • Liaising with regional Area Sales Managers
  • Maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service for metallisation process
  • Upselling other products into existing customers
  • Assisting other members of sales team as required
  • All other reasonable related duties
  • You will specialise within the VOIP side of the business

Skills required of Internal Sales Executive / VOIP Specialist:

  • Experience in selling techniques and negotiation skills
  • Experience of processing orders via an in-house management system
  • Experience and understanding of the Telecommunication industry
  • Works well under pressure
  • Approachable attitude
  • Team Player
  • Self-motivated
  • Happy to generate new business calls
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Well organised

Required Experience of Internal Sales Executive

  • Sales: 2 years (Internal sales / Telesales)
  • Customer Service: 2 years
