Legal Secretary

Our client currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary

The successful candidate will be required to do reception, audio typing, and general clerical duties. Using Microsoft Word, Outlook.

You will deal with clients and other visitors to the office and make appointments, prepare certified copy documents, receive deliveries and similar matters.

Required:

  • Produce correspondence and legal documentation via audio and copy typing
  • Proof reading
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Photocopying
  • Assist clients on the telephone re updates etc
  • Diary management, organising meetings and conferences
  • Typing/preparing legal documentation
  • Post duties
  • Email management

Hours: 9am -5pm Monday-Friday

Experience:

  • Legal secretary/experience: 1 year (preferred)
