Property Assistant / Lettings Administrator

 

One of our prestigious clients are looking for a professional Properly Assistant to join their well-established team. This is working with a well-known estate and a position where the correct candidate will be able to make a long-term career.

The package this Property Assistant / Letting Administrator will receive:

  • Basic £20,000 (DOE)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Private health care
  • Pension

Responsibilities for this Property admin / Lettings Administrator:

  • Lettings – assist with general administration and relevant compliance paperwork on new tenancies
  • Inputting the lease agreements on the property programmed, review and monitor
  • Ending tenancies – both on the system and provide admin support behind this
  • Administrative support on credit control communications
  • Process all rent reviews on the property programmed
  • You will be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues and report them to the relevant department
  • You will be communicating effectively with sub-contractors and suppliers regarding maintenance and material
  • Develop introduction/welcome packs for new residential tenants
  • Develop introduction/welcome pack for new commercial tenants
  • Assist with internal communications to effectively and efficiently deal with tenants and stakeholder
  • General administration support
