Multilingual Customer Service Advisor


We have a fantastic opportunity for Swedish/Danish/Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor’s to work for a dynamic manufacturing company. You will be the contact point for all customers, updating customers on their current orders and the progress of orders. This is an excellent opportunity to join an existing, friendly and dynamic team.


The Role

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Providing an outstanding experience for all customers
  • Processing orders
  • Updating customers on deliveries 
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email providing order status information.
  • Sending order confirmations, tracking numbers and Proof of Delivery


  • Fluent Swedish/Danish/Norwegian is essential – a native speaker would be preferred however this is not essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Dynamic and passionate individual
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people on all levels
