A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well established company based near to Crewe. They are seeking an Office Administrator to join their sales office team due to increased workload. The company have a number of large clients who return time and time again due to the great service they receive.

Duties to include;
Taking incoming calls from customers
Quoting and booking in jobs
Updating inhouse customer database
Producing pricing lists
Liaising with the workshop to ensure parts are ordered
Greeting customers who arrive on site
Producing invoices using Zero
Raising purchase orders
Working with the Directors to ensure all administrative tasks and dairy management are up to date
This is a varied administration/customer service position where no two days are ever the same.
The office is a vibrant and busy environment, working to deadlines and prioritising daily tasks is fundamental to the success of the business.
Previous experience of working in the manufacturing/engineering sector would be highly advantageous.
Office hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.00am – 2.00pm
