Project Manager / Aftersales Specialist
In a nutshell You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of one or more projects on series of process, product and consultancy initiative projects in the aftersales area. This will include designing and building the project deliverable’s, managing the resources to delivery and reporting back to the key stakeholders in the business on cost, timelines and quality.
In order to be considered for this Project Manager / Aftersales Specialist you MUST be a self-starter and someone who will take the initiative to make the projects successful.
You will be working collaboratively with project stakeholders to effectively shape, mobilise and deliver project outcomes to agreed budget. Assigning tasks to project team members. Leading and inspiring high-performing, cross-functional & multi-skilled change delivery teams to successfully deliver customer value.
Requirements for the Project Manager / Aftersales specialist:
- PRINCE 2 Qualification
- 2 + Years Project Management experience
- Excellent relationship management skills, including a proven ability to influence at a Senior Management level across a diverse group as well as shop floor level
The package for the Project Manager / Aftersales Specialist:
- £40,000 + Basic (DOE)
- 3% pension
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
