Role: Registered Home Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience
We are working on behalf of a reputable care/nursing home chain looking to hire a new manager for their 65 bed home in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Our client aims to create the right environment which supports the physical and mental wellbeing of their residents despite the complexity of their dementia, enabling residents to maintain their rights, identity and independence as individuals whilst creating a spirit of trust and confidence in our professional standards.

You will have an adaptable leadership style, and understand how to get the best out of a large team. You will understand what makes each of your managers tick, what’s important to them and how to help them to be as effective as they can be. You will be personable, approachable and forward thinking.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience within the management of residential care services for older adults and have an extensive understanding of dementia care and support. A formal care management qualification, excellent communication skills and proven CQC knowledge and experience are essential for this role. You will be competent overseeing service delivery and improvements and be able to evidence successful and effective change management within a previous role.
• Registered Nurse qualified with active PIN
• A passion for elderly care
• Extensive clinical knowledge
• Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations
• Excellent organisations and planning skills.
