Registered Nursing & Care Home Manager (Qualified Nurse or Experienced Registered Manager)
Lytham St Annes

£40,000 – £45,000 per annum (Bonus related scheme)

An exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager has arisen which is based in the lovely St Annes – On – Sea, and close to local amenities and local transport links. Alistre Lodge is a general Nursing & Care home (Registered for up to 40 Service Users) and has achieved a CQC ‘Good’ rating with ‘good’ in all five areas.

Reporting to the Company Director & supported by a Clinical lead / Deputy Manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing high quality services for all our residents, alongside managing, developing and guiding the staff team. We look for our Manager to instil a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement across the service, actively working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a home of excellence.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to take ownership for the delivery of quality care. You will have leadership qualities, a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference. Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be a team player but able to work on your own initiative. You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.

To be considered for this post you must have previous management experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly. An NVQ level 5 in health & social care is essential along with a dedicated passion for providing exceptional care.

An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.
