We are working on behalf of our well established and ever growing client based from their modern offices in Newcastle under Lyme, who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.

 Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support to management and customers as required, ensuring an exceptional service offering to both customers and colleagues. This includes handling enquiries, system data input and records maintenance, compliance to internal procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To receive action and direct telephone and e-mail requests for information, service or support, being timely, professional and customer focused at all times.
  • To control the administration support of the planned testing and remedial works and maintenance system in line with standard procedures including the issuing, tracking and return of work undertaken documentation (i.e. Test Certification/ Reports)
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management from time to time.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Working closely with Team manager to ensure all customer documentation is up to date

The ideal candidate will have previous commercial administration experience, possess strong organisational skills and be results orientated with a customer focused outlook.

Previous experience of working within the engineering sector would be highly advantageous.
