We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and working to resolve these issues. Also to build and maintain relationships with customers.

The Role

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Introducing the company and services offered
  • Lead Generating
  • Appointment Setting
  • Market Research
  • To achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
  • To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard
  • Adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times – all sales are generated in line with their quality standards

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred although not essential 
  • Experience and confidence in speaking to customers about products
  • Highly organised with good time management
