Sales Executive / Sales Consultant

One of our Clients are looking to recruit a Sales Executive/ Sales Consultant to join their already well-established Sales team based in Nantwich. As an Internal Sales Executive you will be dealing directly with and selling to customers and business within a defined territory.  This position will currently be based from home with a look to return to the office in the future.

Role of Sales Executive / Sales Consultant:

  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing to colleagues and customers
  • Making follow-up calls and emails
  • Manage incoming sales calls
  • Liaising with Sales Manager
  • Maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service for metallisation process
  • Assisting other members of sales team as required
  • All other reasonable related duties

Skills required of Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive:

  • Experience within the fuel sector industry would be preferred
  • Experience in selling techniques and negotiation skills
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Works well under pressure
  • Approachable attitude
  • Team Player
  • Self-motivated
  • Happy to generate new business calls
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Well organised

Required Experience of Internal Sales Executive

  • Sales: 2 years (Internal sales / Telesales)
  • Customer Service: 2 years
