Our client, a well-established management company with offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for delivering a first class, quality focused service to a number of very high profile clients. Due to continued growth and recent major contract wins, they are looking for a number of Scheduling Assistants to join their team. The role will be based at Head Office in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

As a Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for organising and arranging appointments for their field staff. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company with blue chip clients and large public sector customers.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake and participate in the following, as part of the role:

  • Responsible for the mobilisation of workflow processes; receipt of client ordering, scheduling of works, preparation and allocation of job packs and liaison with client stakeholders and building occupiers/tenants

  • Effective utilisation of field staff to ensure productivity and profitability

  • Liaison with Project Managers with respect to technical, contractual and skill requirements

  • Management, monitoring and escalation (where appropriate) of client KPIs

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience with all Microsoft applications and web based software programs

  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a high standard of personal performance

  • Flexible and able to take initiative and work autonomously

    Technical and practical training will be provided to the successful candidate irrespective of previous experience.

    32.5 hours per week

    Salary: Up to £19,000.00 per year
