Support Worker | Adults | Learning Disabilities | Behaviours That Challenge | Residential Setting

Are you passionate about making positive difference to the lives of adults with Autsim | Learning difficulties and  behaviours that challenge who require support with their day to day lives.

If so then  KPI Care are looking for individuals who are able to deliver person centred care and support to the individuals our client supports.

The Duties

  • Enabling the lndividuals you will support to make informed choices

  • Attending appointments and social events

  • Supporting Individuals to live a fulfilled and meaningfull life by offering person centred care and support

  • Supporting with basic life skills such as cooking,budgeting,socialising within the community.

  • Report writing  in accordance with our clients protocol

  • Prompting and administration of medication

  • Supporting at meal times

  • There may be elements of personal care at times

What skills & experience do i need to apply for this role?

  • You need to be eligible to work in the UK

  • 12 months minimum work experience in the UK

  • You must have a genuine passion for making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable aduls

  • Ideally you would have undergone mandatory training within the last 12 months but this is not essential as we are able to offer training as part of our induction programme.

    Where will I be working?

    You will be based in one of our clients services that are located within the local area, they may vary in size due to the needs of the individuals within that service, some services may contain male and females who require support, others may just be one gender due to the needs of the individuals who are being supported.
