Internal Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive/ Telesales Executive on behalf of our client who are a leading mobile communications company based in Chester. As an Internal Sales Executive you will be dealing directly with and selling to customers and with the client’s well established wider network of overseas distributors.

Role of Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive:

Dealing with inbound customer queries in a professional and friendly manner, building strong sustainable relationships

  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing to colleagues and customers
  • Generating quotations, making follow-up calls and emails
  • Manage incoming sales calls, receive and process incoming sales orders
  • Liaising with regional Area Sales Managers
  • Maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service for metallisation process
  • Assisting other members of sales team as required
  • All other reasonable related duties

Skills required of Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive:

  • Experience within a Telecommunication or Software background would be preferred
  • Experience of booking appointments for BDM’s
  • Experience in selling techniques and negotiation skills
  • Experience of processing orders via an in-house management system
  • Works well under pressure
  • Approachable attitude
  • Team Player
  • Self-motivated
  • Happy to generate new business calls
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Well organised

Required Experience of Internal Sales Executive

  • Sales: 2 years (Internal sales / Telesales)
  • Customer Service: 2 years
  • Appointment Setter
