Customer Service Advisors – full time positions available based in Crewe, Cheshire

Permanent positions! Starting 1st March 2021

Salary:  £18,720 to £19,968, dependant on experience, plus incentives that allow you to earn up to an additional £100 per month and optional overtime opportunities available! 

Hours:  40 hours between 8am – 7pm  (8hrs per day  (2 paid 15 min breaks 1 unpaid 30 min lunch) Monday to Sunday.  One weekend day to be worked every 3 weeks with a day off in the week  –  Weekend hours are; Sat 9am-5pm, Sunday 9.30am-4.30pm

The role is 70% telephone based – 30% email based

What our client is looking for :

  • Good PC skills, Microsoft proficient
  • Experience in contacting customers via email, phone and live chat
  • Good team player, but someone who can work alone and use their own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to show empathy
  • Good Time management skills
  • Confident in making decisions, based on company guidelines
  • Experienced with EBAY selling and buying, highly advantageous
  • Dealing with queries regarding anything customer related e.g. Delivery enquiries, problems with orders, refunds and replacement, invoice requests, payment checking, faulty products etc

Skills Required: 

  • A genuine passion and interest for Customer Service
  • 2 years + of customer experience required or at least 1 year of experience in a call centre environment
  • Naturally positive communicator- both written and verbal  
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Attentive listening skills 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Team player with a positive attitude
