Pay Rate: £13.22 per hour

Shift Options (Choose your preferred pattern):

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 21:00 PM

• Night Shift: 21:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Job Description

KPI Recruiting are currently seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client's busy logistics operation based in Warrington. This role offers excellent stability with a choice of fixed shifts, providing a great work-life balance alongside a competitive hourly rate.

As an FLT Driver, you will be a vital part of the warehouse team, responsible for moving freight efficiently while maintaining a high standard of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• FLT Operation: Safely loading and unloading goods, ensuring all parcels are correctly staged for outgoing delivery in a timely manner.

• Warehouse Support: Assisting with general warehouse duties as required, including scanning, packing, and sorting.

• Maintenance: Carrying out daily vehicle checks, maintaining equipment, and reporting any defects or issues immediately.

• Housekeeping: Helping to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

• Safety First: Strictly adhering to all site health and safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent certificate).

• Proven experience operating a forklift within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Ability to commit to a fixed 11-hour shift pattern (either days or nights).

• Strong focus on workplace safety and attention to detail.
