About the Role

KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious FLT Driver to join our client based in Liverpool.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing, full-time warehouse work within a supportive environment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly,from moving stock to loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport stock safely and efficiently around the site using a forklift truck (FLT)

• Load and unload pallets from vehicles and move goods into racking or designated areas

• Pick and pack products accurately according to order requirements

• Support general warehouse duties, including stock control and housekeeping

• Follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure equipment is used responsibly

Requirements

• A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)

• Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures

• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• Flexibility to work across rotating shifts

• Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

• Hours: 08:00–16:00 (standard) or rotating shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00)

• Weekly Pay: Every Friday into your nominated bank account

• Facilities: On-site parking, canteen
