Are you a recent graduate in Pschology, or SEND Education with a genuine interest in understanding how children think or behave?

This brand-new SEMH primary school based in Sunderland is looking to expand their team by welcoming a Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor who can use their established understandings to help create a safe and progressive learning space.

Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor | Person Specification

  • Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor
  • Must have a 2:1 or higher grade; Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Linguistics, Speech and Language Therapy or Education related degree
  • Relevant experience working with children at any level is essential
  • Aspirations of a career working with children who require additional support

Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor | Job Specification

  • Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor
  • Earn £450-£470 per week.
  • Full time role Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Be a pillar in ensuring children with complicated behaviour/other difficulties can access education and prosper
  • Work closely with the Pastoral and Wellbeing team to form and implement provisions
  • Provide emotional and academic support
  • As a Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor - Work with children aged 5-11
  • Interviewing immediately
