- Graduate Behaviour Mentor
- Full-time, long-term role starting September

- Earn up to £500 to £540 per week as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
- Work with children struggling with behavioural issues in the classroom

While it is the school’s priority that the education children receive there will enable them to achieve their academic potential and progress confidently into the next phase of their education, it is also part of their vision that all children are filled with positive experiences, feel happy and valued and develop a sense of friendship, tolerance and understanding.
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will provide guidance and support to children with behaviour issues and require support throughout the school day. The children respond well when creating a good relationship with a mentor and this allows them to be able to progress and enjoy being in the classroom with their fellow students. Your role may be challenging at times, but once the barriers are overcome, the role is exceptionally rewarding as you see the children become more settled and make significant progress academically and emotionally.
There is on-site parking, and the nearest train station is a short walk away. The school has specified learning spaces where you will be able to work with children as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor.
