What You'll Actually Be Doing
Supporting Student Success
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions for students who need extra support
- Help GCSE and A-Level students master challenging concepts and exam techniques
- Work with learners across all abilities—from those building basic numeracy to high-achievers pursuing top grades
Building Your Teaching Skills
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging Mathematics lessons
- Develop strategies for explaining complex ideas in accessible ways
- Learn classroom management techniques in a supportive environment
- Observe excellent teaching practice firsthand
Making a Real Difference
