This salaried, school-based training programme leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by July 2026, combining classroom experience with professional mentorship.

Graduate Music Trainee Teacher – What You’ll Need:

  • A 2:1 or above in Music, Music Technology, or a related subject

Your Role as a Graduate Music Trainee Teacher:

You’ll begin the year by supporting music lessons, leading group activities, and helping students explore performance, theory, and technology. By the end of the academic year, you’ll be a fully qualified Music teacher, equipped with the experience and confidence to begin your teaching career.
