What You'll Actually Be Doing
Supporting Student Success
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions for students who need extra support
- Help GCSE and A-Level students master challenging concepts and exam techniques
- Work with learners across all abilities—from those building basic scientific understanding to high-achievers pursuing top grades
- Support practical laboratory work and scientific investigations
Building Your Teaching Skills
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging Science lessons across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Develop strategies for explaining complex scientific ideas in accessible ways
- Learn classroom management techniques in a supportive environment
- Observe excellent teaching practice firsthand
- Gain experience with laboratory safety procedures and practical demonstrations
Making a Real Difference

- Help young people develop critical thinking and analytical skills they'll use for life

What We're Looking For
It Would Be Great If You Have:

- Experience with laboratory work or practical science demonstrations
