Duties:
HR ADMINISTRATOR - Wigan - 5 MONTH FTC - £25k
My client is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a 5 month FTC, to support the business through a period of change. You will be working in a team of 4, working closely with the senior HR staff.
The successful candidate will be able to work between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, on-site in Wigan. You will be working in a fast paced environment, dealing with varied administrative and HR coordination tasks.
You will be required to:
- Provide administrative support throughout a busy consultation process
- Act as first point of contact for at risk employees across the site
- Take accurate notes in meetings
- Transcribe and compile accurate employee records, updating system accordingly
- Coordinate and support in 1-2-1 meetings with at risk employees
The suitable candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in HR, and ideally have experience with redundancy processes.
