The Role
As a Teacher of Science, you will become part of a dynamic and collaborative Science department, delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to specialise and teach at Key Stage 5.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, implementing strategies to raise attainment
- Promoting high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement
- Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
- Inspiring students through practical, investigative, and theory-based learning
The Ideal Candidate
KPI Education are seeking a high-calibre individual who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards achieving it (ECT)
- Has a degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or similar)
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science education
- Is committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reflective, driven, and eager to develop professionally
