About the Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established logistics clients, a leader in palletised distribution with a strong commitment to excellence and teamwork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy and supportive warehouse team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently for goods in/out operations

• Load, unload, and store palletised stock accurately within the warehouse

• Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems

• Assist with order processing and dispatch to meet customer deadlines

• Support with general warehouse duties, including manual handling and maintaining a tidy work environment

Requirements

• Valid, in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house licences not accepted)

• Minimum 2 years of continuous FLT operating experience

• Experience operating with straight frame and double decker trailers

• Licence issued within the last 3 years

• Competitive pay rate of £14.12 per hour (weekly pay)

• Full-time ongoing work, Monday to Friday

• Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks for the right candidate
