This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, food production experience, and the ability to manage operations on a production line confidently and independently.
As Line Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of your line, maintaining product quality, and supporting your team to meet performance targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small team on the production line

This role involves operating powered pallet trucks, loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining general warehouse standards including stock control and organization.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold environment and have a strong background in warehouse operations, specifically with powered pallet truck experience. A full CV showing relevant PPT experience is required.

KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced FLT / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklift trucks to move materials and stock throughout the warehouse. Duties include collecting items, completing orders for delivery and pickup, and monitoring warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations.
This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role offers a basic pay rate of £13.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance forklift trucks efficiently and safely within the warehouse environment
- Load, unload, and transport goods and materials as required
- Organize and sort stock in designated warehouse areas
- Complete order picking and preparation for dispatch

- Working outside at the back of the warehouse, dealing with the removal of packaging and waste products from the factory.
- Use of counter balance/FLT truck- around 30% of the job role
- Keeping the yard area clear and tidy at all times to ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed. You may be asked to sweep and litter pick in the yard areas to ensure health and safety standards are being followed
- You may also be given a pump truck to manoeuvre pallets around the yard.
