They are looking for a reliable and hardworking operative to join their team, helping with the processing and preparation of fresh vegetables, salads, eggs, and dairy products.
This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment where high standards of hygiene and attention to detail are essential. You will be part of a close-knit team working early morning shifts, so reliability and punctuality are key.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day to day, you will be preparing and processing vegetables, salads, eggs, and dairy items ready for production and packing. This involves washing produce to strict hygiene standards, moving and handling materials (up to 25kg), and keeping your work area clean, safe, and well-organised throughout your shift.
You will be expected to follow food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times, and may also support with general production and warehouse tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can keep up with the demands of a busy production environment. You do not need previous experience in food production — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

The Role
As a Trainee Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for testing electrical components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Full training will be provided, allowing you to gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders and testing instructions.
- Position, align and prepare electrical components for testing and assembly.
- Test finished products, components and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
- Use calibrated testing equipment safely and accurately under supervision.
- Record test results and inspection data accurately.
- Identify, tag and document accepted or rejected components.
- Assist with repairing or replacing faulty electrical components.
- Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Food Production Operative for our client based in Nantwich.
The working hours and days as a Food Production Operative are:
- Monday- Sunday
- 16:00- 02:00
- 5 days out of 7 per week
The rate of pay as a Food Production Operative is:
- £12.71 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Food Production Operative are:
- Removing large cheese blocks from cardboard boxes or plastic crates
- Checking cheese blocks for damage, foreign objects, or plastic contamination (e.g. plastic or cardboard debris) before processing
- Placing unwrapped cheese blocks onto conveyor belts or into knockout machinery for further processing
- Manually lifting and handling cheese blocks (typically 20-30kg) and feeding them into the production line
- Removing and recycling cardboard and plastic waste generated during the de-boxing process
- Breaking down cardboard and disposing of plastic liner waste appropriately
- Recording raw material usage and returning pallets to storage areas
- Maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring machinery and infeed areas are properly sanitised
The ideal candidate for a Food Production Operative would need:
- Ability to safely and consistently lift heavy items (20-30kg)
- Must be comfortable working in hot environments, which can reach up to 40°C
- Ensuring all packaging is fully removed to prevent contamination
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and keep production lines running smoothly
- Must be comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Available to work 4 shifts per week (16:00- 02:00)
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the site
- Willingness to support colleagues and follow instructions
- Prior experience working in Food Production is desirable but not essential
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Additional information needed as a Food Production Operative is:
- Ensure all walkways both In and out of the building are adhered too
- Smoking / vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking areas
- Arrive at the canteen in full PPE ensuring that is warn at all times
- No headphones to be worn on the production line or around the building
- No jewellery to be worn on the production line
- Hair to be clean and tied away from the face
- No heavy makeup / false eyelashes / false nails

Our Trade Counter Assistants are hands-on, lead by example, and work closely with the Branch Manager and Branch Supervisor in day to day branch operations
Responsible for trade counter sales to achieve sales targets, confidently communicating product knowledge to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Picking, loading and delivering products to customers via our transport.
- Responsible for route planning, safe driving and keeping the Company vehicle clean
- Supporting the Branch Manager with actions and activities on time, in full
- Compliance with Health and Safety, company policies and procedures
- Assist with the delivery of branch operations

- Spooling, measuring, and cutting steel wire rope from master reels to specified customer lengths.
- Fitting a variety of end terminations to rope ends using different methods, including hydraulic presses and resin-based systems.
