They are currently looking to recruit a motivated candidate to join the Stores Team. Joining an exciting and fast-paced warehouse team, The ideal candidate should have the skills and competences to pack and dispatch products quickly and efficiently.
Stores Assistant Key Duties:
- Ensure that all goods are unpacked, receipted and stored safely and securely
- Ensure that all goods for despatch are sent out on time and packed to ensure safe, timely receipt by the customer
- Keep all storage areas clean and tidy
- Ensure customer enquiries to the department are dealt with effectively
- To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will be eager learn, team player and have a pro-active approach to work. FLT licence desirable but not essential.

we are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Pottery Glazing Operative to join our client in the ST1 area . The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, applying, and maintaining glazes to ensure high-quality finishes on ceramic products. This role requires precision, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix glaze recipes for production
- Apply glazes to pottery using dipping, spraying, and brushing techniques as required.
- Operate and maintain glaze application equipment, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Load and unload kilns while ensuring proper handling of glazed items to prevent defects.
- Maintain accurate records of glaze formulations, materials used, and production processes.
- Monitor and adjust glaze consistency, color, and thickness to achieve desired results.
- Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly.
- Identify and troubleshoot any glazing issues, collaborating with the team to resolve them.
