Private Client Solicitor
⚖️ Private Client Solicitor (Wills & Probate) | 1–5 Years PQE
Location: Crewe
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE to join a growing and dynamic Private Client team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking law firm with ambitious plans for growth, where you'll play a key role in developing and expanding the Private Client offering while delivering exceptional service to clients.
The Role
You will advise clients on a range of Private Client matters, including:
- ✅ Wills
- ✅ Probate and Estate Administration
- ✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney
- ✅ Trusts and Estate Planning
- ✅ Inheritance Tax Planning
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will work closely with the firm's marketing team and benefit from a strong stream of cross-referral opportunities from established departments across the business.
About You
- ✅ Qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE in Private Client law
- ✅ Experience handling Wills, Probate and related Private Client matters
- ✅ Commercial awareness with strong business acumen
- ✅ Excellent client care and communication skills
- ✅ Proactive approach to business development
- ✅ Ambitious and enthusiastic about helping to grow a department and client base

The Role
As Head of Residential Conveyancing, you will:
Lead and develop the Residential Conveyancing Department
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
Maintain the highest standards of client care and service delivery.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Drive business development initiatives and strengthen referral networks.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers, estate agents, and key stakeholders.
Contribute to the firm's wider growth strategy and continued success.
About You
You will be:
An experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor PQE 4 -5 years+, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer.
Confident handling all aspects of residential conveyancing independently.
A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills.
Commercially minded with a passion for developing business opportunities.
Organised, proactive and motivated by delivering outstanding client outcomes.
An inspirational leader looking to make a genuine impact within a growing firm.
Knowledge across Commercial Property would be great to support in the launch of a new department too!
