KPI Recruiting are currently looking for an experienced Care Home Chef to support a residential care facility in Castle Douglas (DG7). This is offering daytime hours from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM, with occasional shifts extending to 18:00 PM.
As a Care Home Chef, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and balanced meals in consultation with residents and care staff. You will be expected to adapt menus to meet individual dietary needs and medical conditions, including dysphagia, food allergies, and other health-related restrictions. You’ll also need to consider cultural and religious dietary requirements.
