"At the start of the apprenticeship, I was uncertain of what was going to come of it. I didn’t know if it was going to be something I would enjoy but I am very pleased to say, I do enjoy it. Recruitment is something I am now really passionate about and I feel like KPI has helped with this. KPI has helped me so much with figuring out what I want to do in the future and where I want to end up. I have gained so much confidence through this role due to my speaking on the phone, going to meetings, and working with my colleagues around me. "During my apprenticeship, I had the opportunity to engage in diverse and enriching experiences, including twenty hours of free driving lessons which I passed first time! I also received comprehensive training in recruitment. I received support and mentorship throughout my whole apprenticeship from everyone in the company, especially from my team. I became proficient in using various websites for sourcing and advertising jobs, this included utilising the websites available to me to select the right candidates for the positions I have been dealing with.
