Our business has experienced continuous growth for 13 consecutive years, enabling us to kick start many people’s careers in recruitment, whilst also delivering career progression opportunities for experienced recruiters to take the next step.
Progression is very much part of our ethos. 80% of our board of directors and 90% of our divisional managers were promoted from within. We are very keen to also add in new talent and experience to strengthen our teams – especially in new geographical areas as our business expands.
