KPI Recruiting are currently hiring experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity for a temp-to-perm contract after 12 weeks, based on performance and attendance.

Location: Wigan WN4

Working Hours and Pay:

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be working Monday to Friday on a 9-hour night shift, typically starting between 18:00 and 21:00.

• Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling goods in and goods out operations
• Using a Counterbalance FLT to load, unload, and store palletised stock
• Performing stock replenishment and stock control, keeping systems updated
• Assisting with manual warehouse tasks and hands-on duties
• Managing order processing and despatch to meet customer schedules

Please note: Candidates must hold a valid, in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT licence. (In-house licences are not accepted.)

PPE Requirements:

• Safety boots
• High visibility vest
• Valid certified Counterbalance FLT licence
