Duties:

Customer Service Advisor 

Hybrid 

Crewe 

£25,500 per annum plus excellent company benefits 

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join a friendly and fun team in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, motivation, and enthusiasm to ensure we consistently provide excellent outcomes for all customers.       

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide support via phone, email, post, live chat, and social media.
  • Records Maintenance: Keep accurate customer records.
  • Member Records: Import, update, and verify data.
  • Credit Management: Reconcile payments, maintain ledgers, and control credit.
  • Customer Interactions: Handle sensitive situations professionally and resolve complaints.
  • Performance Targets: Aim to exceed set performance benchmarks.
  • Portal Adoption: Help members use new digital platforms.
  • Good Outcomes: Go above and beyond to support members, especially vulnerable ones.
  • Data Protection: Report any data breaches promptly.

We are looking for a confident and professional candidate who can demonstrate the following;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Empathetic and understanding when problem solving             
  • Well-organised, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with others in team
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
