Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join a friendly and fun team in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, motivation, and enthusiasm to ensure we consistently provide excellent outcomes for all customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide support via phone, email, post, live chat, and social media.
- Records Maintenance: Keep accurate customer records.
- Member Records: Import, update, and verify data.
- Credit Management: Reconcile payments, maintain ledgers, and control credit.
- Customer Interactions: Handle sensitive situations professionally and resolve complaints.
- Performance Targets: Aim to exceed set performance benchmarks.
- Portal Adoption: Help members use new digital platforms.
- Good Outcomes: Go above and beyond to support members, especially vulnerable ones.
- Data Protection: Report any data breaches promptly.
We are looking for a confident and professional candidate who can demonstrate the following;
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Empathetic and understanding when problem solving
- Well-organised, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work on own initiative and with others in team
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
