Customer Service Administrator

Due to increased workload, my client a dynamic global manufacturing organisation with a worldwide family of companies are currently looking to recruit an experienced customer service representative to support the internal sales team. Reporting to the team manager you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers providing a friendly and efficient service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve a variety of customer enquires
  • Produce quotations and inputting order information on to the system
  • Keep customers fully updated on quote and order progress and ensure all quotations are followed up
  • Proactively liaise between appropriate departments and manufacturing sites
  • Maintain accurate records and information

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • Team player
