KPI Recruiting are currently looking for experienced E-commerce/Warehouse Operative to join a respected food production facility in the Nantwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team ensuring accurate and efficient order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use handheld scanners to pick and process e-commerce orders accurately.
• Verify product information, batch codes, and expiration dates to maintain quality control.
• Pack products safely following strict food safety standards.
• Label and prepare parcels for courier shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items in/out of stock.
• Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in a food manufacturing environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including potential overtime.
• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and PPE protocols at all times.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Additional information:

• Salary: £12.21 per hour | Weekly pay (Friday)
• Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm, with potential for weekly/daily overtime
• Start Date: Immediate (following successful interview
