Duties:
ECO SUBMISSIONS COORDINATOR – ENERGY INDUSTRY | c£27,000 DOE | FULL TIME – PERMANENT | PRESTON
KPI Recruiting have partnered with a highly reputable company who are looking to recruit an experienced ECO Submissions Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a full time, permanent position in where you will have the opportunity to grow with the business and add value to a dedicated and collaborative team environment.
You will be:
- Reviewing, processing, and validating documentation related to energy efficiency measures, ensuring all required evidence is accurate and complete
- Ensuring all submissions comply with relevant Ofgem guidelines and PAS 2035 standards, as well as any other applicable industry regulations
- Working closely with energy suppliers, installers, and surveyors to gather the necessary documentation and evidence required for the application process
- Monitoring the progress and status of submissions, ensuring timely and efficient processing. Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records for all applications, and providing regular reports to management and clients as required
- Addressing any issues or discrepancies related to compliance or documentation. Responding to queries from funders in a prompt and professional manner. Resolving any non-compliance or application rejections swiftly, and liaising with relevant parties to correct errors and resubmit
- Staying informed of the latest updates to ECO4 and Affordable Warmth regulations, industry best practice, and technical requirements. This includes ensuring all team members are aware of changes to compliance and submission requirements
You will have:
- Proven experience in ECO or similar energy efficiency programmes, with knowledge of UK regulatory environment
- A high level of accuracy in documentation, compliance checks, and communications
- Clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and installers
- Understanding of PAS2035/2023 preferred; openness to ongoing learning essential
- A strong ability to manage multiple submissions, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems
- Proactive and solution-focused in addressing compliance issues and application challenges
