Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and analyse student attendance data.
- Work closely with students, parents, and staff to identify and overcome barriers to attendance.
- Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies when required.
- Support safeguarding procedures and pastoral care initiatives.
- Promote positive engagement and wellbeing across the school community.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with young people or families in an educational or welfare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students and families.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Knowledge of attendance legislation and safeguarding practices is desirable.
