KPI Recruiting Limited are supporting with the recruitment of a FACILITIES COORDINATOR to be based in the facilities/ H&S team.

The Facilities, Health & Safety Administrator is responsible for supporting the department administration needs as well as supporting coordination of ad hoc projects and events onsite. This is a really busy and very varied role and would be perfect for someone who is well organised, has good communication skills and is able to liaise with various levels of management and staff alike.


  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Raising PO’s for vendor payments and any ad hoc requests for the department
  • Raising Spend Control Tower requests on behalf of the department
  • Responsible for the creation and printing of staff security cards as well as any queries relating to security cards
  • Supporting with new starter access requests & requirements
  • Sorting & delivering post across the business
  • Ensuring that refreshments are always well maintained and stocked across the business
  • Setting up vendors as well as managing the monthly meetings to monitor service level agreements
  • Arranging site visits for vendors and contractors
  • Taking meeting minutes and distributing to relevant parties
  • Inputting required Data into site managed facilities systems
  • Supporting & Managing first line enquires to the facilities team
  • Other Facilities, Health & Safety requirements as needed
