KPI Recruiting are looking for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy warehouse and distribution team in the WN4 area. This is an ongoing assignment with immediate starts available.

You will be working within the despatch department and supporting wider warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT to safely move, unload, and store goods

• Use PPT trucks to transfer products to despatch areas

• Accurately pick products by code with strong attention to detail

• Use handheld scanners to process customer orders

• Prepare and despatch shipments

• General warehouse duties including palletising, packing, and labelling

• Physical tasks such as wrapping pallets and moving boxed goods (up to 25kg)

• Monitor and update WMS and stock systems

• Opportunity to train on VNA/Bendi Trucks

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Licence (essential)

• Previous FLT/warehouse experience desirable

• Ability to work both day and night shifts

• PPE required: Hi-vis vest & safety boots

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Hours of Work

• Days: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:00

• Nights: Sunday – Thursday | 22:00 – 06:00

Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: £13.21 – £15.01 per hour (weekly pay – every Friday)
