Food and Beverage Assistant

Location: Glasgow, G5
Pay Rate: £12.72 per hour
Hours: 8 shifts between 06:30 – 18:30

The Opportunity

KPI Recruiting are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to work with our well-established client based in Glasgow (G5).

This is an exciting temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, delivering great customer service and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with food and drink preparation, service, and presentation.
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Restock bars and service areas with food, beverages, and supplies.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Support kitchen and event teams with service preparation and clean-down.
• Always follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

About You

• Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help across multiple areas.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• Able to work effectively in a busy, customer-focused environment.
